COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce celebrates the grand opening of its new location with an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony this Wednesday, October 30, from 4 to 6 p.m., at 230/250 Franklin St.
The Chamber and the Greater Columbus Economic Development Corporation look forward to sharing and showcasing the new space after a long journey to reach this milestone.
A December 2022 fire in downtown Columbus forced the chamber to vacate its longtime home at 4th and Franklin Streets. Temporary locations were utilized for the last two years until the new headquarters was ready.
The grand opening marks a significant chapter in the Chamber’s continued growth and commitment to serving the Columbus community. Tara Board of Breeden Commercial and Brian Russell with Russell Development sponsor the open house.
Enjoy food and drinks from Munchies Managed by Melanie, Swine and Dine, and Upland Pump House. Gracie Mae Events will showcase floral arrangements and Ellis Events will ensure outdoor comfort, while Audio Magic provides music and entertainment. Photographer Ryan Furr Creative will be there to capture all the fun.
