COLUMBUS, Ind. – The City of Columbus has announced the appointment of Matthew Dudukovich as its new Director of Transportation. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in human resources within Fortune 500 companies to the transportation division.
Dudukovich’s experience spans various key sectors including operations, manufacturing, engineering, sales/marketing, and customer service. This diverse background equips him with a unique perspective and the ability to build effective teams, mentor HR professionals, and create strategic business partnerships.
His expertise in employee relations, change management, organizational development, and compliance with employment law will help align Columbus transportation programs with broader goals.
