COLUMBUS, Ind. – The South Central Indiana Master Gardener Association (SCIMGA) announces a public event called “Spring Planted Summer Bulbs” at 7 p.m., this Tuesday, August 13.
The session will be held at the Purdue Extension Office Annex Building, at 783 S. Marr Rd., in Columbus. The Annex building is located behind the main office building.
Speakers Jan Bruner and Stephanie Studley will reflect on their experimental spring-planted bulbs for summer blooms. Learn about the ins and outs of bulb flowers, and how the time of year and soil greatly affect their performance in the garden.
SCIMGA is the local chapter of Purdue Extension Master Gardeners and hosts public events and educational seminars throughout the year in the Columbus area.
