GREENWOOD, Ind. – A Greenwood man has been formally charged for the murder of his father last week.
Charges of murder and domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16 were filed against Jacob Moran, 22, on Thursday, in Johnson County Superior Court 3.
Jacob Moran is accused of shooting his father, Shaun Moran, on August 28, in the 400 block of Euclid Avenue after he was told to move out, according to police.
The next day, Jacob Moran was taken into custody by the Michigan State Police near the state line.
