COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Southwest Volunteer Fire Department is holding a Community Day and Fish Fry in celebration of 50 years of protecting the community. The event is this Saturday, September 3, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the station located at 8500 E. State Road 58.
Included in the activities will be a fish fry, bounce houses, prize raffles, and an interactive fire safety training trailer.
Everyone in the community is invited to enjoy the festivities and support local emergency personnel.
