COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Municipal Airport is celebrating AirPark Columbus from now until October. The “Take Flight Series” highlights the AirPark Columbus campus and the many ways it is used by the community for everything from travel to recreation.
The first event in the season is Let It FLY Disc Golf, which is being held Saturday, May 21, from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. AirPark Columbus will be transformed into a disc golf course, and all ages are invited to play the course.
Registration and the first hole will be at the AMCE Building, 4444 Kelly St. The $20 registration fee includes a swag bag with a collectible event disc.
The whole family can play with just one entry fee. The Sound of Spirit Marching Band will have food and drink available for purchase.
