SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Seymour Police Department (SPD) followed up Saturday evening on information about possible drug activity in a residence within Village Green Trailer Park, on Obrien Street.
When officers made contact with the occupants, they supposedly smelled the odor of marijuana coming from within. At that point, SPD petitioned for and was granted a Jackson Superior Court II search warrant.
During a search of the trailer, police allegedly found and seized over an ounce of methamphetamine, cocaine, several firearms with high-capacity magazines, marijuana, scales, baggies, and about $40,000 in cash.
Devin Moore, 29, of Seymour, was arrested on the following charges:
- Dealing in Methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony)
- Possession of Meth (Level 4 Felony)
- Possession of Cocaine or Narcotics (Level 6 Felony)
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony)
- Dealing in Marijuana (Class A Misdemeanor)
- Possession of Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor)
- Possession of Marijuana (Class B Misdemeanor)
Suspects herein depicted or described are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
