COLUMBUS, Ind. – The local non-profit Teddy Bear Love Fund is hosting a “Stuffing Party” this Thursday, April 3.
The animal stuffing and prep event is in the downstairs conference room of the Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., from 2 to 6 p.m.
The stuffed teddy bears help lift the spirits of children hospitalized in the area. They go to kids in emergency rooms, those having outpatient surgery, and children admitted to the Pediatric Unit at Columbus Regional Health, Schneck Medical Center, St. Vincent Jennings, Riley Children’s Hospital, and Peyton Manning Hospital.
If, in the past, your child has received an animal from the Teddy Bear Love Fund, you are asked to join them at the “Stuffing Party” this week.
