Considered the most prestigious IHG internal honor among the Americas region, the annual Performance Awards recognize hotels for leadership and metrics attainment among several key criteria, including guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and amplification of the IHG One Rewards loyalty program.
Holiday Inn Express/Suites Greenwood is one of 696 Performance Awards honorees selected among the organization’s nearly 4,500 regional hotels spanning the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, and South America.
