FRANKLIN, Ind. – As “Blair,” the first winter storm of the 2025 season, continues to pummel much of the Hoosier state, schools and businesses in the south-central Indiana area have announced delays and closures for Monday, January 6.
This includes Johnson and neighboring Shelby, Bartholomew, and Brown counties.
Below is a list of Monday school and business closings and delays.
Johnson County:
- Amcor Rigid Packaging – Two-hour delay on Monday
- Central Nine Career Center Greenwood – Closed Monday
- Charlene’s Angels Adult Day Program – Closed Monday
- Clark-Pleasant Community Schools – Closed Monday/E-Learning
- Franklin College – Closed Monday
- Franklin Community Schools – Closed Monday -No Final Make-ups
- Greenwood Christian Daycare – Closed Monday
- Greenwood Christian School – Closed Monday
- Greenwood Community Schools – Closed Monday
- Kid City USA Greenwood – Closed Monday

- American Axel and Manufacturing (AAM) – No 3rd Shift Sunday
- Bartholomew County Public Library – Closed Monday

- City of Columbus Services – Closed Monday
- Columbus Parks and Recreations Buildings – Closed Monday
- Columbus Regional Health Physician offices are closed until noon on Monday
- ColumBUS Transit – Not running; will resume routes at 1 p.m. on Monday
- Farrell’s Xtreme Bodyshaping – No Morning and Noon Classes Monday
- Flat Rock-Hawcreek Schools – Closed Monday
- NexusPark – Closed Monday (including AEI Fitness Center, Administrative offices, and Circle K Fieldhouse. CRH, retail, and restaurants will be closed until at least noon; after that, it will be at the discretion of the businesses)
