EDINBURGH, Ind. – The Edinburgh Town Council has promoted patrol officer Shawn Kelsay this week to the position of Deputy Chief of the Edinburgh Police Department (EPD).
The official announcement was made and the ceremony took place at the council’s Monday evening meeting on December 30.
Adding a special touch to the promotion, Kelsay’s young son had the honor of pinning the new EPD badge on his father.
