SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Seymour Police Department (SPD) responded to a medical call on Saturday that led officers to investigate someone practicing dentistry without a proper license.
Information gathered enabled law enforcement to obtain a Jackson Superior Court 1 Search Warrant to search a location in Village Green Mobile Home Park.
During the search, SPD allegedly located numerous dental instruments, medications, and rogue dental instruments. All items found were collected as evidence.
As a result of the investigation, police took Fredy P. Felipe-Pascual age 31 of Seymour, into custody for practicing dentistry without a license and criminal recklessness. He was transported to the Jackson County Jail.
Earlier this year, Felipe-Pascual was arrested for practicing dentistry without a license and criminal recklessness by Seymour Police Department detectives on March 21.
That case is still pending in the Jackson Circuit Court.
