COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Bull Dog Alumni Association of Columbus Indiana is holding its 10th Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Friday, September 27, at the Student Commons, before the Columbus North/Terre Haute North football game.
The group welcomes two new members of the Alumni Hall of Fame, John M. Burnett (Class of 1974) and Maureen Grady (Class of 1957). Both have made life-long contributions that positively impacted the lives of the people in their communities. Their backgrounds and successes are diverse, and the Alumni Association said it “shares its pride in them with their families and friends.”
All Hall of Fame inductees attended Columbus High School/Columbus North High School (CNHS) and were graduates for a minimum of 20 years at the time of their nomination. They are nominated by peers, community residents, Columbus North faculty, and fellow alumni.
The reception begins at 5 p.m., with the program starting at 5:45. In addition to honoring Burnett and Grady, the Bull Dog Alumni Association will also recognize Lisa Enneking, the 2023/24 CNHS Teacher of the Year, and Maria Sanchez Cisneros, the Emerging Teacher of the Year.
