FRANKLIN, Ind. – The City of Franklin Fire Department (FFD) recently welcomed two new firefighters to its firefighting team.
Lane Sears began his career with FFD last week. He is a graduate of Indian Creek High School. Sears also works part-time at the Trafalgar and Bargersville Fire Departments.
He said his inspiration is his father, Jon Sears, who works at FFD on C-Shift.
Andrew Snider also started his firefighting career with the Franklin Fire Department last week. He is a graduate of Indian Creek High School. During his time off, Snider serves his hometown of Morgantown as a volunteer firefighter.
He also works part-time at the Trafalgar Fire Department.
