NASHVILLE, Ind. – Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) contractor Midwestern Electric plans to begin maintenance at the intersection of State Road 46 and Brown County State Park Road this Monday, August 5, to install a new traffic signal in Brown County.
Work will be on S.R. 46 at the Brown County State Park entrance and Old State Road 46 intersection and should be finshed by mid-September, weather permitting.
Expect single-lane closures while work is in progress.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use caution, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones.
