FRANKLIN, Ind. – After a nine-month drug enforcement investigation, undercover narcotics detectives from the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, Greenwood Police Department, and Franklin Police Department issued 32 drug warrants on Wednesday and arrested 15 people.
Sheriff Duane Burgess says more arrests will follow.
Also assisting in locating and arresting the suspected drug dealers were the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Edinburgh Police Department, and the United States Marshals Service.
Members of the Johnson County SWAT Team were utilized in serving these warrants as well,
Sheriff Burgess said, “We will remain focused and committed to our work together in combating drug-related crimes in our communities.”
Some drug cases require additional investigating. All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

- Kristi J. Moister (46) Franklin: Dealing in a Schedule IV Substance, Dealing in a Schedule I, II, or III Substance
- Collis Davon Sivels (30) Franklin: Dealing in Methamphetamine
- Carl Paul Woolwine II (38) Franklin: Dealing in Methamphetamine
- Colby Wayne Smith (22) Franklin: Conversion A Misdemeanor
- Ootsa Marn (22) Indianapolis: Dealing in Narcotics, Dealing in a Narcotic Drug
