COLUMBUS, Ind. – The 26th Empty Bowls will take place on Saturday, March 23, at Central Middle School. Doors open at 4 p.m. with dinner service beginning at 5:00.
Admission is $20 for adults and $10 for children aged 12 and under. Attendees will have access to unlimited servings of soup, bread, cookies, and drinks.
Artisan bowls crafted by local artists, teachers, and students will be available for purchase. The musical entertainment will be provided by Linda and Dan Mustard.
Empty Bowls serves as a fundraising event to support local food pantries in Bartholomew County. All proceeds generated from Empty Bowls will be allocated to six local pantries and shelters. The mission of Empty Bowls is to “end hunger in Bartholomew County one bowl at a time.”
