FRANKLIN, Ind. – Volunteers for the Good Cheer Fund of Johnson County picked up over 30,000 canned goods from 25 area schools for holiday food baskets to be distributed to those in need in Johnson County.
Leadership Johnson County itself pitched in more than 1000 cereal boxes.
Although the collecting part of the project is done, the sorting of the canned goods is this Friday, December 22, at the REMC, at 4:30 p.m. Delivery of the holiday food baskets is this Saturday, December 23.
