BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana University has finalized a deal to make current James Madison University head football coach Curt Cignetti IU’s next head coach.

Cignetti is 119-35 in his career with stops at Indiana University (Pennsylvania), Elon, and James Madison.
IU Athletic Director Scott Dolson said in a media release, “I am very excited to welcome Curt Cignetti as the head football coach at Indiana University. As a head coach, he’s succeeded everywhere he’s been.”
He led the Dukes to an 11-1 record in 2023.
