NORTH VERNON, Ind. — A new Miss Jennings County Fair Queen received her tiara on Sunday, at the Jennings County High School auditorium. Katelynn Asbury is the 17-year-old daughter of Kristie and Shaun Asbury and she will be a senior at Jennings County High School this fall. She hopes to attend Purdue to study agriculture.
Alli Caudill was crowned as the 2023 Fair Princess. She is the sister of Miss Jennings County 2022, Bri Caudill. Their parents are Brent and Robin Caudill. Both sisters have competed in previous years and both have held the title of Jennings County Fair Princess, Alli in 2021 and Bri in 2019.
For the second consecutive year, Ava Galliher was awarded the Charlene Ze Comstock Miss Congeniality title. Galliher also won Best Interview in the Princess division, again for the second year in a row. She is the daughter of Todd and Janet Galliher.
Anna Hyden received the Best Interview for the second straight year, but for the Queen division this year, and was also crowned First Runner-Up. She is the daughter of Annie and Trevor Hyden.
