SEYMOUR, Ind. — The first annual “Stuffed with Love” campaign has begun and 12-year-old Roger Douglass is teaming up with his Seymour Young Marine troop to help local children.
Research shows that a new stuffed animal companion can calm a child and help them feel safe and not alone. Douglass and his troop are trying to meet a goal of $3500 for 1000 new stuffed animals to be shared by local hospitals.
Any new stuffed animal can be dropped off at ATI Rehab Clinics in Columbus, Seymour, and Franklin.
