COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health (CRH) introduced a new practice on Monday, Columbus Regional Health General Surgery.
Certain providers and surgical services through Southern Indiana Surgery will transition to the new practice, which will also include the Weight Loss Institute of CRH.
Columbus Regional Health General Surgery is located in Columbus at 2325 18th St., Ste. 220. The practice may be reached by phone at 812-376-5640.
Through this transition, CRH says patient care will remain unaffected at both locations.
