COLUMBUS, Ind. — Three people were arrested by SWAT officers Thursday as a result of an ongoing investigation by the Joint Narcotics Enforcement Team (JNET).
Members of the Columbus Police Department (CPD) SWAT Team, which is comprised of CPD officers as well as deputies from the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office, served a search warrant at a residence in the 2800 block of 12th Street in Columbus.
During a search, officers allegedly found fentanyl, methamphetamine, marijuana, synthetic marijuana, and drug paraphernalia in the home, per CPD’s Lt. Matt Harris. Three suspects were taken into custody.
Vincent D. Eddelman, 33, of Columbus, was charged with dealing in a narcotic drug, possession of a legend drug injection device, and maintaining a common nuisance.
Jennifer Eddelman, 56, of Columbus, was booked for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana.
Anthony L. Brown, 56, of Columbus, was jailed for an out-of-county warrant.
