BARGERSVILLE, Ind. – The Bargersville Police Department initiated a traffic stop, at I-69 and County Road 800W, early Wednesday at about 2:30 a.m., that resulted in the arrest of a pair of individuals on drug and gun charges.
During questioning and the initial investigation, officers believed that some of the occupants were allegedly involved in the trafficking of narcotics.
With help from the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, police supposedly found more than 150 grams of heroin, over 300 pills labeled Oxycontin 30mg, and a stolen gun in the car that was apparently on its way to Bloomington.
Two people in the vehicle were taken into custody and booked into the Johnson County Jail.
