SEYMOUR, Ind. – Schneck Foundation, Schneck Primary Care, and Schneck Family Care are partnering to offer free vital checks and reduced-rate blood testing at one of four upcoming “Vitals & Vials” screenings.
Each screening will offer a comprehensive metabolic profile for $40, thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) for $30, and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) for $30. Participants can also have their blood pressure, pulse, oxygen level, and height and weight checked at no cost.
The hours for “Vitals & Vials” are from 8 to 10 a.m., on August 7, at Scheck Family Care Washington County and Scheck Family Care Jennings County, and on August 21, at Scheck Family Care Scott County and at the Scheck Professional Building in Seymour.
