COLUMBUS, Ind. – Although some pre-fair activities have already taken place, the 2021 Bartholomew County 4-H Fair officially opens this Friday, June 25, at 5 p.m., at the fairgrounds, on State Road 11, in Columbus. The fair continues through Saturday, July 3.
After having taken last year off due to COVID-19, officials are eager and anxious to get things underway and anticipate good attendance.
The midway will have a new look this year as Kissel Entertainment is providing the rides, games, and fun. There will be an all-you-can-ride wristband available on opening night from 5 p.m. to closing time.
This Friday, the grandstand is home to the first of two demolition derbies on the schedule. After a nine-day run, the Bartholomew County 4-H Fair wraps up on Saturday night, July 3.
